For This Mask You’ll Need:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado (but not TOO Ripe)
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil, Depending On your hair length
Instructions:
- Mash the ripe avocado until smooth in a bowl.
- Add the coconut oil to the mashed avocado and mix well until you get a creamy consistency.

- Leave the mask on for 30 minutes to 1 hour. I Recommed Placing a bag over your head and using a blow dryer to really open up those follicles. 15-20 mins of warming should do.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, followed by shampoo and conditioner as usual. Though you might need to extend the time you shampoo to make sure you remove the excess oil. Coconut oil can be Extremely difficult To remove if you over do it.
